Terms of Service

These Terms govern your organisation's access to and use of Tasklith, provided by Allied Health 2U. By using Tasklith you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Tasklith is a multi-tenant operations and marketing workspace (tasks, content, directory, appointments, team chat, support and on-request AI). Features available to your organisation may be tailored during onboarding and may change over time.

2. Accounts

Your organisation's administrator provisions and manages users. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.

3. Plans, seats and fees

Free Boards plan. An organisation may be created on the free Boards plan at no charge: up to 10 boards in one workspace for two people, with a monthly AI credit allowance. One free organisation per account. We may change the free plan's limits with notice; we will not remove data you already hold because a limit changed.

Paid seats. Additional people are added as paid seats, billed monthly per seat in US dollars at the price shown in the app when you add them. Seats are month to month with no minimum term; you may add or remove seats at any time and the change is prorated by our payment processor. Removing seats never removes people or boards already in your workspace; it limits what can be added.

Tailored modules. The HR, Workspace and marketing modules are provided under a tailored plan: a short build phase during which we configure your workspace, then a recurring monthly subscription for the modules you switch on. There is no setup fee. Modules are billed from the day they are switched on; there is no free trial period.

AI credits. AI and live SEO features draw on your organisation's credit balance. Included credits renew monthly and do not carry over; purchased credit packs carry over until used and are not refundable, except as required by law.

4. Cancellation

Boards plan seats may be cancelled at any time from Plan & credits; billing stops at the end of the current month and the free plan's limits apply again. Subscribing to a tailored module commits you to a minimum term of 12 months from the day it is switched on. There is no trial period; the free Boards plan is the way to use Tasklith before paying.

Cancelling a tailored module before the end of its minimum term does not end that commitment. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, the workspace is then deactivated, and the subscription fees for the remainder of the term remain payable. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to access another organisation's data; reverse-engineering or disrupting the service; uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content; or using the service to violate any person's rights or applicable law.

6. Your data

Your organisation retains ownership of the content it puts into Tasklith. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you own or hold all necessary rights and licences to any content, images, logos, audio or other materials you upload to or generate through the service, and that they do not infringe any third party's intellectual-property or other rights. You are responsible for such materials and will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from them.

7. AI output

AI features generate suggestions on request. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided as assistance only - you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or acting on it. AI is not a substitute for professional, clinical or legal judgement.

8. Availability & disclaimers

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service may integrate optional third-party providers (for example payment, email, social scheduling, stock-media, AI and voice services); your use of those is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will make your data available for a reasonable period on request before deletion.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
