Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 June 2026
These Terms govern your organisation's access to and use of Tasklith, provided by Allied Health 2U. By using Tasklith you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Tasklith is a multi-tenant operations and marketing workspace (tasks, content, directory, appointments, team chat, support and on-request AI). Features available to your organisation may be tailored during onboarding and may change over time.
2. Accounts
Your organisation's administrator provisions and manages users. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
3. Onboarding, build fee & subscription
New organisations begin with a one-time build/setup fee, followed by a short tailored build phase during which we configure your workspace. A payment method is required to begin the free trial; no charge is made during the trial. A recurring monthly subscription begins after the trial ends. Fees are billed via our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
4. Cancellation
Each module begins with a 30-day free trial; you may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. After the trial, subscribing to a paid module commits you to a minimum term of 12 months.
Cancelling before the end of the minimum term does not end that commitment. Your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for and the workspace is then deactivated, but the subscription fees for the remaining months of the 12-month term remain payable, and we may invoice them. After the minimum term has been completed you may cancel at any time via the billing portal or by contacting us, with nothing further owing beyond the current paid period. We may suspend access for non-payment after a grace period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to access another organisation's data; reverse-engineering or disrupting the service; uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content; or using the service to violate any person's rights or applicable law.
6. Your data
Your organisation retains ownership of the content it puts into Tasklith. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you own or hold all necessary rights and licences to any content, images, logos, audio or other materials you upload to or generate through the service, and that they do not infringe any third party's intellectual-property or other rights. You are responsible for such materials and will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from them.
7. AI output
AI features generate suggestions on request. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided as assistance only - you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or acting on it. AI is not a substitute for professional, clinical or legal judgement.
8. Availability & disclaimers
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service may integrate optional third-party providers (for example payment, email, social scheduling, stock-media, AI and voice services); your use of those is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will make your data available for a reasonable period on request before deletion.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Questions? Email hello@tasklith.com.
