Privacy Policy

Tasklith ("Tasklith", "we", "us") is an operations and marketing workspace provided by Allied Health 2U. This policy explains what information we collect when an organisation and its team use Tasklith, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Tasklith application at tasklith.com.
Information we collect
- Account information - your name, email address, role and the organisation you belong to, created when an administrator invites you or you sign in.
- Content you enter - tasks, notes, content drafts, directory and appointment records, messages and logs you and your team create in the workspace.
- Usage data - basic activity such as sign-in times and feature usage, used to operate and improve the service.
- Billing information - for paying organisations, billing contact details and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored by Tasklith.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, deliver the features your organisation has enabled, process payments, send service communications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data.
AI features
AI features run only when a user explicitly requests them (for example, asking the assistant a question or generating a draft). When used, the relevant in-scope data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. AI does not run on your data in the background, and a user only ever sees data within their own access scope and organisation.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted processors to run Tasklith:
- Supabase - authentication, database, realtime and file-storage hosting.
- Vercel - application hosting.
- Anthropic - AI responses, on request only.
- Stripe - payment processing (for paying organisations).
- Resend and Twilio - email and (optional) SMS notifications.
Data isolation
Each organisation's data is logically separated. Users can only access data within their own organisation and their assigned role/permissions.
Data retention & your rights
We keep your data for as long as your organisation maintains an account. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting your organisation administrator or us at the address below. Administrators can remove users and data from within the app.
Cookies & local storage
Tasklith uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (such as your active organisation and read markers). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), authenticated access, and server-side authorisation rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
